PAYMENT:	We accept major credit & debit cards: Master card, Visa or American Express. Bank transfer (by arrangement) By CHEQUE in GB£, drawn on a UK bank. PAYPAL : We will send you a PayPal invoice/Payment request (You do not need a PayPal account)
SHIPPING:	Most items can be shipped Worldwide, carefully packed and insured, at reasonable cost.
DELIVERY:	Parcels are usually packed and sent within 3 days of order (depending on payment) Most items are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide using 'Global Priority' ( 7-10 days) for items up to £ 500 and 'Global Express' (2-5days) for higher values. (Times shown are estimated examples for parcels to USA) Small items worldwide are sent by 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' Parcels within the UK are usually sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'
VAT (UK sales tax):	All items are sold under the 'Special' or 'Margin' scheme for VAT, this means that VAT is not added or included in the purchase price. (Vat is paid by us on the profit margin only, not the total price). Our VAT registration is GB 600939062.
DISCOUNT:	Trade discount of at least 10%* is available to genuine trade and interior design buyers, this varies from item to item and also with the number of items and the total purchase price.
GUARANTEE:	All items displayed are authentic and guaranteed to have been made around the date shown, and to be in the condition stated. Any item may be returned (in the condition purchased) within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied, for a full refund of purchase price (not including return postage.)
LAYAWAY:	We are happy to consider 'layaway' arrangements on most items. Timing & number of monthly payments to be agreed. Goods are not shipped until full payment has been received.
