VUNG TAU CARGO
17th century Chinese stoneware 'storage jar' with a pale 'Celadon' glaze. Salvaged from the wreck of a Chinese trading vessel which sank off the coast of Vietnam in about 1690.
Circa : 1680-90
Height : 7.75" (19.5cm)
Condition : Good, extensive marine encrustation.
